EAFFL is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all participants. All players, captains, and team personnel are expected to uphold strong standards of sportsmanship.
Discipline in EAFFL is progressive and may include fines, suspension, forfeiture of performance bond, or removal from the league.
Participation in EAFFL constitutes agreement to this policy.
EAFFL collects a $200 Performance Bond from each team, which is included in league registration fees.

If a player forfeits their team's full $200 Performance Bond due to misconduct, they will receive an automatic one (1) year suspension from EAFFL from the date of the disciplinary decision.
EAFFL uses a progressive discipline model. Repeated or severe violations will result in escalating penalties.

Suspensions remain in effect until all fines are paid in full.
EAFFL reserves the right to increase penalties based on severity, prior history, or circumstances of the incident.
Severe conduct (physical altercation, threats, harassment, or behavior that endangers participants or officials) may result in immediate suspension pending review.
Captains are responsible for managing team conduct and sideline behavior.
